• You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload or record anything illegal, infringing on others' rights, or for which you do not have the necessary permissions.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

• To provide features like transcription, summarization, and AI chat, Your Content (such as audio recordings and notes) is sent to and processed by Google's Generative AI models.

5. Prohibited Use
